Registered Care Manager

As a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager, I specialize in overseeing the delivery of high-quality care within supported living environments.
With a strong background in managing teams, I ensure that residents receive person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice.
My leadership experience includes managing staff recruitment, training, and performance, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
I am committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where individuals with diverse needs feel safe, valued, and empowered.
My expertise in care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding enables me to provide tailored support to residents while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Abbotts Lilly provides enthusiastic fully trained team of support staff who have the right expertise, attitude, and love for the role to deliver the expected level of work necessary to uphold our high standards of care. All new staff go through comprehensive interviews and must provide satisfactory references and enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).
We try to encourage recruitment of staff who are minimally qualified at NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care. If staff enter at a lower level than this as a result of having the right attributes to be a good carer, then we would always encourage them to pursue self development in achieving the NVQ level 2.
In addition to this we provide all mandatory training to our team with expert consultant trainers on a regular basis, providing top up training's where necessary. our training and development of staff is ongoing and essential to our ethos and objectives.

The performance of each service is regularly monitored by the Directors through external audits. These quarterly audits provide a deep insight and transparency for our stakeholders, client relatives, care professionals and the people we support, while independent CQC inspections provide a clear assessment of progress and improvement
